Star Prairie Ox Cart Days
August 19-20-21, 2011

We’ve had many inquiries from area businesses about how their business can help sponsor the Ox Cart Days event.  This letter is to inform you of an exciting opportunity on how your business can benefit from becoming a sponsor of Ox Cart Days.  As many know, Ox Cart Days is our biggest fundraising event but what many may not know is that we donate to programs that help people who suffer from blindness, diabetes, and many other handicaps, to local benefits, fire victims, scholarships, food shelves, area parks, and many other local causes.  Every year, we host the Easter Egg Hunt, Haunted House & Hayride, and Santa Day for the area’s children and their families.  We also co-host the activities at the 4^th of July program at Hatfield Park for the families of the community.

Our Ox Cart Days sponsorship program has been completely redesigned to offer more exposure and publicity for your business.  CLICK HERE for information that specifies the amount of exposure your business will receive at each different sponsorship level.  If you have any questions, contact Lion Tom Gibson at 715-222-3338 or send an email to sponsorship@oxcartdays.com as soon as possible.  All sponsorships must be returned by May 15, 2011 to be included on the official Ox Cart Days poster (if applicable).  We will accept any sponsorship donations at any time however you may not be listed on all of our advertising for the Ox Cart Days festival.  Return the forms and your check to Star Prairie Lions Club at the address below.
